Jolie, a sixth generation Austinite and third generation in the housing industry, has received recognition for numerous months of Multi-Million Dollar Production from the largest residential real estate office in the United States.
Jolie was recently honored to receive Texas Monthly's 2011 Five Star Real Estate Agent Award (June addition). Agents were evaluated by past clients and industry experts on nine criteria: customer service, communication, finding the right home, integrity, negotiation, marketing the home, market knowledge, closing preparation and overall satisfaction.

Dena Lacey, Executive Assistant
Dena Lacey is a native Texan who has recently relocated back to Austin after having lived in the Washington state for almost 10 years. She is a recent graduate of Washington State University with a degree in Digital Technology and Culture. With over 20 years of exceptional customer service under her belt, Dena joins JK Real Estate group as our Executive Assistant in charge of marketing and administration. Dena has experience in graphic and web design, photography, and marketing, most notably in the social media arena. Dena is the eldest of three sisters and a single mother to a very energetic and imaginative son! Aside from her determination to hone her skills in graphic design, Dena enjoys being adventurous, cooking/baking, exercise, photography, art and music, and travel.
Amber Nichols, Director of First Impressions
Amber Nichols is a native Texan, born and raised in Austin. Amber recognized at an early age that she had a calling to serve others. Beginning with courses in child development and education, Amber has held various jobs weighing heavily in customer service. Additionally, over the last ten years, Amber has developed an interest in real estate. While in pursuit of a college degree, Amber is the receptionist for JK Real Estate Group. She is the first person you will see when you visit our office. Amber's warm personality and eagerness to help, does in fact, portray what this company is all about.
